yesterday, after several hours of travel i came home from doctor appointments with unsettling news . . . i apparently have something growing on my thyroid that invites further testing and treatment. i have way too much going on in my life right now without this extra bit of annoyance going on~!~ so i'm feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and a little bit angry . . .the weather continues to be thunderclouds, wind and rain which doesn't do much for my mood. more than anything, i want the last couple of weeks before my daughter takes off to be peaceful and pleasant and happy. the memories she will have as her most recent of "home" and all that it should represent. so somehow, i have to turn this mood around and make the best of things~!~
maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
